YOUTH SOCCER TRAINING

RSC TECHNICAL TRAINING SESSIONS

  • Advanced youth technical training for committed soccer players focusing on small group attacking and defending skills and tactics

  • Fridays

  • Dates: 

    • Current Session Dates: Fridays: 1/3, 1/10, 1/17, 1/24, 1/31, 2/7, 2/14, 2/28 (registration closed)

    • New Session Dates (registration to open soon below): Fridays:  3/7, 3/14, 3/21, 3/28, 4/4, 4/11, 4/25, 5/2, 5/9, 5/16

  • 5:00-5:55 pm, 6:00-6:55 pm, or 7:00-7:55 pm.  55 minute sessions. 

  • Players will be assigned start times based on age, sex, ability.  Younger players will be assigned earlier times.  Assignment will occur in late February

  • 10 weeks, $280/ player; includes pickup play sessions on Sunday afternoons starting in April

RSC GOALKEEPER TRAINING SESSIONS

  • Goalkeeper training for aspiring and experienced goalkeepers.  Players will learn proper ball handling, shot stopping technique, and ball distribution.  â€‹

  • Fridays 

  • Dates: 

    • Current Session Dates: Fridays: 1/3, 1/10, 1/17, 1/24, 1/31, 2/7, 2/14, 2/28 (registration closed)

    • New Session Dates (register below): Fridays:  3/7, 3/14, 3/21, 3/28, 4/4, 4/11, 4/25, 5/2, 5/9. 5/16

PHILADELPHIA UNION U-TRAIN PROGRAM

The U-Train program is designed to supplement a players' training. This program allows the player to focus on individual ball skills and technical ability that they can take to their team and enhance their training sessions. U-Train sessions focus on FIVE key components:  Dribbling/Technical Ability, Passing, 1v1 Attacking, Turning and Shooting.
